Description:

We’re hiring a Flight Dispatcher who thrives under pressure, thinks two steps ahead, and understands that every minute matters in the air and on the ground. You’ll be responsible for building detailed flight plans that account for weather, fuel, payload, and air traffic. Each plan you prepare is a legal document and a safety commitment — and you treat it with the respect it deserves. You’ll plan every route like a story — with a beginning, a middle, and a safe ending. Every line on your screen represents lives, cargo, timelines — and you treat them with focus and responsibility. You’ll review fuel requirements, calculate takeoff weights, and select optimal routes using advanced systems and razor-sharp judgment. When storms roll in or delays pile up, you’ll stay steady, adapting plans with grace and confidence. No shift is ever “quiet,” and that’s exactly how you like it — always alert, always thinking ahead. You’ll monitor each flight as it happens, like a conductor listening to every note in a moving symphony. You’ll communicate clearly with pilots, crew, air traffic control, and operations teams — no guesswork, no delay.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Plan and prepare detailed flight plans by analyzing weather conditions, NOTAMs, airspace restrictions, fuel requirements, aircraft performance, and routing options.
  • Ensure full compliance with aviation regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA, ICAO) and internal airline safety standards.
  • Prepare and file flight plans with the appropriate aviation authorities and update plans dynamically as needed.
  • Ultimately, act as the pilot on the ground—ensuring every flight is planned, monitored, and supported with expert care.
  • Ensure timely coordination of special flights such as charter, medical evacuation, or cargo missions when scheduled.

Preferred:

  • Able to prioritize and escalate issues that may impact flight safety or legality.
  • Organized with documentation, coordination records, and dispatch clearances.
  • Able to calculate fuel requirements, alternate routes, and payload limitations accurately.
  • Pays close attention to dispatch logs, weather briefings, and route clearances.
  • Experience working with dispatch systems or flight operations software like LIDO, Sabre, or Jeppesen.

Benefits:

  • Shift-based schedule — day, night, and rotating coverage options to match your rhythm and operational needs.
  • If you love aviation, logistics, decision-making, and a bit of adrenaline — this is where you belong.
  • We provide ongoing certification, simulator training, and compliance updates — safety is a shared priority.
  • You’ll work in a structured but calm environment, where communication is clear and escalation is fast when needed.
  • Daily rituals include shift handovers, weather briefs, and the occasional celebration when a reroute saves the day.

You’ll use advanced dispatch software and radar tracking tools, but your mindset and training are the real engines behind success. You’ll manage multiple flights at once, prioritizing by risk, timing, and impact with expert judgment. From pre-flight briefings to real-time adjustments, you’ll be a critical part of each flight’s success. You’ll keep meticulous records and logs — not just for protocol, but because every detail matters when safety is on the line. You’ll brief captains, update teams, and document every decision like it matters — because it does. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where timing, clarity, and decisiveness are critical skills. If you believe excellence is built in silence, accuracy, and accountability — then you're already thinking like a Flight Dispatcher. This role isn’t glamorous — but for those who love aviation deeply, it’s as vital as the aircraft itself. Aviation is timing, teamwork, and trust — and as a Flight Dispatcher, you’ll be at the center of it all.
