Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Manager who knows how to turn 10,000 square feet of inventory into a perfectly tuned operation. You’ll run the floor like a pro, keeping people focused, inventory accurate, and orders flying out on time. You’ll lead with structure, delegate with clarity, and always keep your finger on the pulse of the floor. You’ll monitor productivity, enforce safety, and keep deadlines from becoming suggestions. You’ll monitor KPIs closely — including order accuracy, pick rate, dock-to-stock time, and inventory shrink. You’ll conduct regular audits to verify stock integrity, equipment readiness, and process consistency. You’ll run reports, track KPIs, and push for better performance week after week. You’ll know the layout like the back of your hand and keep your team running like clockwork. You’ll manage labor scheduling to optimize resource utilization without compromising output or morale.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and customer service teams to align inventory planning with demand forecasts and customer needs.
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layouts, storage systems, and workflows to maximize space and streamline processes.
• Ultimately, ensure the right products are in the right place, at the right time—delivered safely, efficiently, and with accountability.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyor belts, and other warehouse machinery.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate shipments.

Preferred:

• Thrives in fast-paced, team-driven environments where accuracy and efficiency are essential.
• Can troubleshoot bottlenecks and implement process improvements in receiving, packing, or dispatch.
• Understands logistics processes and can coordinate with transportation and procurement teams.
• Comfortable managing inbound and outbound logistics, including 3PL coordination if needed.
• Able to handle returns, damaged goods, and restocking procedures efficiently.
