We’re hiring a Copywriter / Content Trainee to work alongside AI tools like ChatGPT and Notion AI — no experience needed, just critical thinking, editing skills, and curiosity about smart content workflows. You’ll learn how to write microcopy: button labels, tooltips, error messages, empty states, and onboarding screens. We’ll teach you how to structure an email: subject lines, hooks, body, and clear CTAs that actually get clicked. You’ll learn how to take raw ideas, voice notes, or transcripts and shape them into sharp, readable pieces. Expect to research topics, summarize complex info, fact-check sources, and write with clarity and responsibility. You’ll get familiar with Notion, Google Docs, MailerLite or Brevo, and tools like Grammarly or Hemingway for clarity and tone. We’ll train you to write in different voices — professional, casual, warm, witty — depending on the audience and platform. You’ll help write articles, product stories, bios, content for social media, and even brand manifestos. We’ll guide you through basic SEO principles — how to structure text for readability and find the balance between keywords and natural voice.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use brand guidelines to maintain a consistent voice across all touchpoints.
• Write fast without sacrificing clarity or craft when news or deadlines demand it.
• Write headlines, subject lines, and social copy that grab attention without being clickbait.
• Help brainstorm creative campaigns or content series that tell a bigger story.
• Turn complex subjects into content that feels accessible, interesting, and human.

Preferred:

• Familiar with AP or Chicago style (or willing to learn editorial standards as needed).
• Knows how to write for different mediums — web, print, social, newsletters, or scripts.
• Able to transform complex topics into clear, engaging narratives that inform or persuade.
• Open to learning performance-based writing for email, ads, or landing pages.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms.
