Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Fiverr Gig Manager to oversee our profile and optimize our gigs for maximum success. You’ll manage and enhance gig content, including crafting engaging titles, descriptions, pricing structures, and visual assets. You’ll monitor gig performance, using data analytics to identify trends, optimize listings, and improve conversion rates. You’ll track gig performance, monitor analytics, and use data to refine strategies for increased visibility and conversions. You’ll be the point of contact for client inquiries, offering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth experience. You’ll be the point of contact for clients, handling orders, ensuring high-quality communication, and maintaining excellent reviews. You’ll help design promotional strategies, including seasonal offers, discount campaigns, and gig boosts to increase exposure. You’ll monitor competition, identifying trends and incorporating new ideas to stay ahead in the market. You’ll maintain a detailed record of client feedback, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications:

• Respond with flexibility—some clients are detailed, others vague, and your role is to guide them to clarity.
• Collaborate with freelancers (writers, editors, designers, etc.) if the gig requires multiple contributors.
• Oversee and optimize Fiverr gig listings—writing clear titles, crafting compelling descriptions, selecting relevant tags, and uploading strong visuals or videos.
• Keep visual assets fresh—thumbnails, banners, and videos that match current trends and buyer expectations.
• Document internal SOPs for each gig to maintain quality and train assistants or collaborators if needed.

Preferred:

• Knows how to manage orders, track revisions, and communicate professionally with clients.
• Values clarity, professionalism, and creative problem-solving in client relationships.
• Understands Fiverr’s review system and how to encourage positive feedback ethically.
• Understands Fiverr's algorithm, gig ranking factors, and how to optimize for visibility.
• Open to collaborating with service providers (designers, writers, editors, etc.) to refine deliverables.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining an organized dashboard, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of services. This is a remote role that offers flexibility, allowing you to work at your own pace while optimizing our Fiverr presence.
