We’re hiring a Manicurist Trainee to join our eco-friendly nail studio — ideal for someone who values wellness, sustainability, and gentle, natural nail care. You’ll begin by learning how to prepare your station to luxury standards — crisp towels, perfect lighting, and spotless tools. You’ll assist in greeting VIP clients, offering refreshments, and helping them feel relaxed and welcomed from the first moment. You’ll be trained to use forms, tips, and sculpting techniques to build strong, well-balanced nail structures. You’ll help file, refine, and buff surfaces smoothly before color, design, or sealing is applied. You’ll assist in preparing herbal soaks, warm oil wraps, and hand massages that restore rather than strip the skin. You’ll support nail art prep — mixing custom gel colors, cleaning brushes, organizing stones, and preparing foil, stickers, and pigments. You’ll be taught how to present yourself professionally, speak confidently, and respect the privacy and preferences of each client. You’ll assist in nail art preparation — mixing colors, organizing rhinestones, or creating sample designs with your mentor.

Basic Qualifications:

• Deliver consistent, high-quality service that makes clients feel confident and pampered.
• Follow local health regulations, licensing requirements, and salon policies at all times.
• Help maintain inventory and notify management when supplies need restocking.
• Take pride in your work—beautiful nails can truly brighten someone’s day.
• Protect client comfort by being gentle, clean, and communicative during services.

Preferred:

• Background or passion in nail art, beauty therapy, cosmetology, or fashion.
• Enjoys making clients feel confident, pampered, and satisfied with beautiful nail work.
• Able to maintain detailed records of client preferences, allergies, and past services.
• Pays close attention to nail symmetry, design accuracy, and cleanliness of tools and workspace.
• Open to handling back-to-back appointments and peak salon hours with professionalism and patience.
