Description:

We’re searching for a Digital Product Designer who blends aesthetic intuition with user-first thinking — someone who sees design as a tool for clarity, not decoration. You won’t just be designing UI elements — you’ll be contributing to the strategy behind product decisions, ensuring that every flow, feature, and micro-interaction serves a real user need. You'll collaborate across product, engineering, and marketing teams to bring features to life with interfaces that are not only beautiful but highly functional. From wireframes to hi-fi mockups, from user research to final polish, you know how to own the entire design process — and you’re not afraid to ask questions along the way. You design with systems in mind but never forget the human on the other end of the screen. You're thoughtful with your decisions and can explain *why* something works, not just *how* it looks. You’ll work with PMs, engineers, and content folks in an agile environment where feedback loops are fast, and ownership is shared. Accessibility, responsiveness, and interaction design are second nature to you.

Basic Qualifications:

• Balance aesthetics with functionality, ensuring every pixel serves a purpose and enhances usability.
• Own design projects from concept to handoff—working independently while syncing regularly with the team.
• Be a design advocate in the team—championing great UX and keeping users at the center of every decision.
• Design with empathy, considering edge cases, accessibility, and diverse user perspectives.
• Translate complex requirements into clean, elegant, and accessible interfaces that users actually enjoy.

Preferred:

• Has a portfolio showcasing clean, thoughtful, and user-friendly digital experiences.
• Follows other designers and product teams for inspiration and improvement.
• Comfortable creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Can explain design decisions clearly and collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
• Experience designing user interfaces for web or mobile applications.
