We’re hiring Paramedic Dispatcher Trainees — no experience required, just emotional strength, focus, and a desire to help when it matters most. This job will test you — not physically, but mentally — because you’ll hear fear, confusion, and panic on the other end of the line. Each call you take will activate a chain of response — and you’ll be the one linking distress to action with precision. You’ll never be thrown in alone — you’ll train side by side with experienced dispatchers who know how to guide you through it. You’ll learn to track ambulances in real time, prioritize incoming calls, and dispatch units with speed and precision. You’ll hear fear, pain, confusion — but your calm tone will be the first sign that help is coming. We’ll teach you how to use dispatch software, radio systems, GPS tracking, and communication protocols. You’ll be supported by a team who’s been there — people who understand the emotional toll and know how to protect each other from it. Expect high-stress calls, back-to-back emergencies, and split-second decisions — but also deep pride in what you do.

Basic Qualifications:

• Receive emergency calls and calmly gather critical details about the situation.
• Alert relevant authorities in cases of fire, crime, or public safety risks.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with all caller and patient data.
• Balance multiple incoming calls, updates, and dispatch instructions simultaneously.
• Double-check call details to reduce dispatch errors and miscommunications.

Preferred:

• Able to follow strict protocols while using judgment when calls fall outside standard situations.
• Can provide pre-arrival instructions for basic first aid or CPR until help arrives.
• Understands how to de-escalate callers while gathering essential medical or incident details.
• Experience working in emergency dispatch or call center environments related to healthcare or public safety.
• Familiar with HIPAA guidelines and the importance of handling medical information confidentially.
