Description:
We’re hiring a Flight Dispatcher — the one who charts the course, watches the skies, and keeps flights safe from the ground up. You’ll be the quiet mastermind behind the cockpit — planning, coordinating, and adjusting every detail of the flight path. Each plan you prepare is a legal document and a safety commitment — and you treat it with the respect it deserves. You’ll interpret complex data — wind speeds, runway conditions, turbulence forecasts — and translate it into confident plans. Working hand-in-hand with pilots, air traffic control, and ground staff, you’ll ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance at every step. When conditions shift mid-air, you’ll be the calm voice guiding the crew through alternative routing and procedures. You’ll collaborate with pilots, ATC, ramp crews, and operations staff, creating a seamless flow of information and action. You know that even five minutes can matter — to a connection, to a crew, to an entire operation. You’ll stay calm under pressure, knowing that your job is to bring order and confidence when the skies grow unpredictable. Your calm voice over the headset can bring comfort during chaos and clarity when minutes feel like seconds.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ensure full compliance with aviation regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA, ICAO) and internal airline safety standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance, fueling, catering, and gate agents to ensure aircraft readiness for timely pushback.
- Use dispatch software and tools (e.g., Lido, Sabre, Skybook, or Jeppesen) to generate flight plans, load sheets, and pre-departure briefing packages.
- Authorize flight releases and ensure proper documentation of flight plans, weight and balance, fuel calculations, and crew limits.
- Maintain accurate records of flight dispatch logs, releases, and communications for auditing and regulatory review.
Preferred:
- Excited to contribute to safe, efficient airline operations across every flight.
- Pays close attention to dispatch logs, weather briefings, and route clearances.
- Thrives in structured, mission-critical environments where every second counts.
- Familiar with aviation regulations such as ICAO, FAA, or EASA standards.
- Values precision, communication, and calm decision-making under pressure.
Benefits:
- We provide ongoing certification, simulator training, and compliance updates — safety is a shared priority.
- You’ll be trained, supported, and valued — not just assigned flights and left alone.
- If you love aviation, logistics, decision-making, and a bit of adrenaline — this is where you belong.
- You’ll coordinate with pilots, air traffic control, and ground teams — and keep everyone in sync.
- We value attention to detail, accountability, and teamwork — no one is expected to be perfect, only professional.
This role isn’t for the easily distracted — it’s for the focused, the composed, the ones who love the weight of responsibility. , in tough weather, or across time zones. You’ll be a master of multitasking — keeping track of dozens of flights, timelines, and variables at once. You’ll operate in shadows, but your influence touches every seat, every crew member, and every safe landing. You’ll brief captains, update teams, and document every decision like it matters — because it does. You won’t be on the runway when the wheels lift off, but you’ll know: you made that moment possible. If you’re passionate about aviation, think like an engineer, and react like a firefighter, this is where you belong — at the nerve center of every journey. If you think fast, stay sharp, and take pride in precision, this isn’t just a job — it’s your runway. If you think in maps, listen to the weather, and find peace in control — welcome to dispatch.
