We’re hiring a Flight Dispatcher — the one who charts the course, watches the skies, and keeps flights safe from the ground up. Working hand-in-hand with pilots, air traffic control, and ground staff, you’ll ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance at every step. When conditions shift mid-air, you’ll be the calm voice guiding the crew through alternative routing and procedures. You’ll collaborate with pilots, ATC, ramp crews, and operations staff, creating a seamless flow of information and action. Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure full compliance with aviation regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA, ICAO) and internal airline safety standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance, fueling, catering, and gate agents to ensure aircraft readiness for timely pushback.
• Use dispatch software and tools (e.g., Lido, Sabre, Skybook, or Jeppesen) to generate flight plans, load sheets, and pre-departure briefing packages.
• Authorize flight releases and ensure proper documentation of flight plans, weight and balance, fuel calculations, and crew limits.
• Maintain accurate records of flight dispatch logs, releases, and communications for auditing and regulatory review.
