We’re searching for a WordPress Assistant who can juggle plugins, tweak themes, and keep content looking sharp without missing a beat. You’ve probably helped launch sites, fix bugs, update content, and troubleshoot the occasional plugin meltdown — all without breaking a sweat. You’ve likely worked with Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi, or WPBakery, and you understand how to build or edit pages without breaking anything. You’ve probably worked with Elementor, Gutenberg, or other popular page builders, and you know how to build layouts that look great and work well on all screen sizes. Maybe you’ve migrated a few sites, optimized image sizes, or set up contact forms that *actually* work. You understand the value of keeping plugins updated, themes organized, and the media library free of chaos.

Basic Qualifications:

• Assist in building and updating WordPress sites using themes, plugins, and custom settings—no need to reinvent the wheel, just make it clean and functional.
• Participate in QA and review processes before new features or designs are pushed live.
• Customize page layouts using page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg blocks with attention to detail.
• Help upload content (blogs, images, product listings) while formatting it to match the site's design and SEO standards.
• Help configure basic plugins (contact forms, analytics, caching, etc.) and test functionality before go-live.

Preferred:

• Interested in learning about WordPress performance, caching, and site speed.
• Comfortable updating website content, proofreading posts, and ensuring formatting consistency.
• Experience working with clients or team members via Trello, Slack, or Google Docs.
• Experience editing content, pages, or blog posts within the WordPress dashboard.
• Pays attention to SEO basics using tools like Yoast SEO or Rank Math.
