Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Figma Designer to join our team and help create exceptional user interfaces for digital products. You’ll be responsible for designing user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma to deliver seamless user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product teams, developers, and other designers to ensure the design vision is effectively executed. You’ll work on a variety of digital design projects, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience across all platforms. You’ll work closely with the UX team to translate user research into design solutions that improve user experience. You’ll help maintain a consistent design system, ensuring uniformity across all designs and user interfaces. You’ll work with developers to ensure that your designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. You’ll iterate on your designs based on feedback, ensuring the final product meets client needs and expectations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep up with UI/UX design trends, Figma updates, and best practices to improve the quality of your work.
• Maintain clean, well-structured Figma files—labeling layers, grouping elements, and organizing pages for easy handoff and teamwork.
• Help build or evolve a design system—ensuring buttons, inputs, cards, and layouts are cohesive and reusable.
• Use Figma plugins and integrations (e.g., FigJam, Unsplash, Iconify, Content Reel) to speed up workflows and enhance collaboration.
• Design UI for dashboards, forms, mobile apps, marketing pages, or entire product flows depending on project scope.

Preferred:

• Stays updated with the latest Figma features, community plugins, and UI trends.
• Comfortable working with constraints, variants, and nested frames for clean design files.
• Experience building responsive designs for web and mobile breakpoints.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, or product managers.
• Pays close attention to accessibility, contrast, and color usage in interface design.
