We’re looking for a remote Data Entry Clerk who’s comfortable working independently and thrives in a structured digital environment. You type fast, spot typos instantly, and probably cringe when someone says “close enough. You’ll be responsible for entering information into systems with care and consistency. m. Basic Qualifications:

• Follow deadlines for daily, weekly, or project-based data input tasks—balancing speed and accuracy consistently.
• Stay focused in a high-volume, task-driven environment—accuracy is more important than speed alone.
• Support audit preparation by maintaining complete, clear, and traceable entry records.
• Process scanned documents, handwritten notes, or digital forms into structured, machine-readable formats.
• Flag duplicate records, anomalies, or missing values and report them to the appropriate team for resolution.

Preferred:

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and reporting progress regularly.
• Familiar with tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or industry-specific platforms.
• Familiar with using filters, formulas, or pivot tables to support simple data sorting and analysis.
• Thrives in focused, detail-driven, and remote-friendly environments.
• Comfortable cleaning up inconsistent records and checking for duplicates or errors.
