Description:

We’re looking for an Interior Designer who blends aesthetics with purpose — someone who can shape spaces that not only look beautiful, but feel intentional, functional, and alive. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their habits, tastes, and needs, translating them into spaces that feel both personal and functional. You’ll lead the development of mood boards, floor plans, 3D visualizations, and detailed design presentations. We expect you to balance creativity with research — understanding the behavior of users, the needs of the brand, and the practical limits of space. You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to align your vision with building constraints and timelines. We’ll rely on you to manage timelines, suppliers, budgets, and contractors while maintaining creative integrity. You’ll coordinate with contractors, vendors, and installers to bring every detail of your vision to life. We’ll count on you to balance budget, function, and form — making smart decisions without compromising beauty. You’ll also attend site visits, manage vendors, coordinate deliveries, and troubleshoot installation issues as they arise.

Basic Qualifications:

• Deliver spaces that reflect both your creative touch and the client's personality.
• Ensure that designs comply with safety codes, accessibility standards, and local building regulations.
• Source unique or custom furnishings and finishes that elevate the space.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to bring designs to life on-site.
• Be the calm expert in high-stress moments like move-in days or tight turnarounds.

Preferred:

• Familiar with sustainable design practices, eco-friendly materials, and green certification guidelines.
• Enjoys transforming interiors into environments that inspire comfort, productivity, or emotion.
• Can collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, engineers, and project managers on multidisciplinary teams.
• Open to designing for various styles—from minimalist and modern to boho, traditional, or eclectic.
• Capable of preparing professional design proposals, documentation, and specification packages.

You should be fluent in AutoCAD or Revit, and comfortable using tools like SketchUp, Enscape, or Adobe CC for design storytelling.
