Description:

We’re hiring a Junior Frontend Developer Trainee who’s excited about smooth animations, polished UI, and making interfaces feel amazing — no experience needed, just strong fundamentals and a creative eye. You’ll start by turning static layouts into flexible, mobile-first designs that work across all screen sizes and browsers. We’ll teach you how to structure semantic HTML, write scalable CSS, and use media queries with intention and clarity. You’ll work with real designers to implement layouts that adapt beautifully — from wide desktops to tiny phones. You’ll start with static pages and gradually move into API-connected components, dynamic routing, and interactive UI elements. We’ll show you how to implement themes, tokens, grids, and utility-first CSS like Tailwind or styled-components. You’ll be introduced to accessibility best practices: alt text, focus states, keyboard navigation, and ARIA roles. You’ll discover how inclusive design improves usability for everyone — not just people using assistive tech. You’ll collaborate with designers and backend devs to build UI that not only looks good, but works well under real-world conditions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with designers and backend devs to bring features to life smoothly.
• Build responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—starting from Figma or scratch.
• Take ownership of small parts of the codebase and make them yours.
• Tackle small features or tickets first, then grow into larger pieces of the app.
• Ask questions when stuck, share progress early, and be open to pairing when needed.

Preferred:

• Willing to write documentation and comment code clearly for maintainability.
• Comfortable working with design systems or translating Figma/Sketch mockups into code.
• Thrives in collaborative, feedback-rich environments with modern development workflows.
• Understands the importance of mobile-first design and visual consistency across screen sizes.
• Can set up simple frontend projects from scratch and follow clean folder structures.
