Description:

We’re hiring a Photographer / Videographer Trainee — no professional experience required, just a passion for visual storytelling and a drive to learn by doing. You’ll assist in planning and shooting real-world content — product photos, brand reels, behind-the-scenes clips, interviews, and lifestyle visuals. We’ll teach you how to frame portraits, manage natural and studio light, and direct models and clients with confidence and care. You’ll work with minimal gear — natural light, soft microphones, handheld cameras — to find beauty in simplicity. You’ll learn how to shoot both photo and video — full-body looks, tight crops, beauty shots, and mood-driven footage. We’ll show you how to film emotional beats, joyful chaos, and still make everything feel cinematic and personal. We’ll help you develop your aesthetic: clean, moody, natural, or editorial — and show you how to build visual consistency. You’ll gain skills in framing wide vs. tight shots, telling a visual story, and creating content that feels like a memory, not a postcard.

Basic Qualifications:

• Color-correct, sound-balance, and add motion or graphic elements when needed.
• Follow file-naming conventions and delivery specs exactly to avoid confusion.
• Plan and execute photo and video shoots based on client needs, moodboards, or creative briefs.
• Edit short- and long-form video for social, branded, or documentary-style content.
• Capture both staged and candid moments, depending on project requirements.

Preferred:

• Knows how to manually adjust shutter speed, aperture, ISO, and white balance for creative control.
• Organized with managing RAW files, exporting batches, and maintaining a logical file structure.
• Can capture both horizontal and vertical content optimized for multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• Values creativity, punctuality, and technical precision in every project.
• Familiar with editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
