We’re hiring a Warehouse Clerk Trainee to support operations in our cold storage facility — ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, physically prepared, and ready to learn in a temperature-controlled environment. You’ll start by getting familiar with safety protocols, protective gear, and how to work efficiently in cold or freezing temperatures. You’ll learn how to label, tag, and sort products so that they’re easy to locate and access when needed. You’ll assist in carefully packing products with protective materials and making sure each box is labeled correctly for shipping. You’ll help organize products by category, rotation date, and shelf life to ensure accurate stock levels and freshness. You’ll work with fewer distractions, focusing on task flow, accuracy, and keeping your zone efficient and tidy. You’ll learn how to prioritize time-sensitive or perishable items, flag any spoilage risks, and report irregularities. You’ll support the team during sales peaks, special promotions, or high-volume days like holidays and weekends. You’ll gain experience working with automated systems, handheld scanners, and label printers — all in a calm, paced setting.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work closely with other warehouse staff to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
• Stay on task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Ensure packages are sealed, labeled, and ready for shipping or internal distribution.
• Label and sort inventory items by category, SKU, or destination in the proper storage areas.
• Assist with returns, restocking, and identifying damaged or expired goods.

Preferred:

• Willing to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, or overtime when required.
• Experience working in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or distribution environment.
• Organized in maintaining clean, efficient workstations and contributing to general warehouse cleanliness.
• Background or interest in logistics, supply chain operations, or inventory management.
• Values reliability, accuracy, and teamwork in operational environments.
