Description:

We’re offering a Courier Trainee position for someone who’s ready to learn how to handle urgent, time-sensitive deliveries in a professional business setting. You’ll assist in delivering small packages, contracts, and documents across corporate offices, coworking spaces, and government buildings. You’ll be trained on how to verify recipient identity, collect signatures, and ensure delivery confirmation through mobile tools. You’ll be trained to use GPS tools, delivery apps, and handheld scanners to update delivery statuses in real time. You’ll help maintain delivery logs, update transport records, and confirm hand-offs with clear signatures and documentation. You’ll help with light paperwork like delivery logs, signatures, and receipts, ensuring all documentation is accurate. You’ll be taught how to store and handle packages to avoid damage during long trips or changing weather conditions. You’ll gain experience in highway navigation, border procedures (if applicable), and drop-off protocols in unfamiliar cities. You’ll learn how to handle redelivery situations, no-answer drop-offs, and minor route adjustments with professionalism.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep your workspace—vehicle, bag, or bike—clean and organized throughout the day.
• Adapt quickly to weather conditions, traffic detours, or last-minute delivery changes.
• Use handheld devices or apps to track deliveries and update job statuses in real time.
• Plan efficient delivery routes using GPS or local knowledge to avoid delays and traffic.
• Obtain signatures or proof of delivery and maintain accurate delivery records.

Preferred:

• Organized with delivery logs, fuel receipts, and basic vehicle maintenance or bike upkeep.
• Enjoys being on the move, working outdoors, and managing tasks independently.
• Familiar with handling fragile, urgent, or temperature-sensitive items appropriately.
• Capable of handling cash-on-delivery payments, mobile transactions, or receipts when needed.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments where speed, service, and reliability are essential.
