Description:

We’re looking for a Warehouse Clerk Trainee to join our night shift team — ideal for someone who values quiet focus, steady work, and getting things done while the world sleeps. You’ll start by assisting with receiving shipments — checking delivery slips, inspecting items, and logging everything into the system. You’ll assist in receiving refrigerated or frozen goods, verifying product integrity, and checking temperatures upon arrival. You’ll help stock shelves, organize bins, and follow storage protocols to keep the workspace safe and clutter-free. You’ll help organize products by category, rotation date, and shelf life to ensure accurate stock levels and freshness. You’ll work alongside customs staff and logistics agents, learning how to prepare export and import documentation correctly. You’ll help load and unload cargo from aircraft containers or palletized units using trolleys, lifts, or conveyors. You’ll follow safety protocols specific to airside work, including visibility gear, restricted access zones, and time windows. You’ll assist in cleaning and sanitizing storage units and workstations to meet food-grade hygiene standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Prepare shipping documents, barcodes, and tracking labels accurately for outgoing shipments.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and help reconcile stock records with physical counts.
• Take pride in accuracy, efficiency, and being a reliable part of the logistics chain.
• Pick and pack items for orders based on packing slips or digital instructions.
• Keep warehouse shelves, aisles, and stations organized and free from clutter or safety hazards.

Preferred:

• Able to support returns processing, damaged goods logging, or inventory reconciliation efforts.
• Can follow written and verbal instructions clearly and complete daily task lists without constant supervision.
• Open to learning warehouse systems, software tools, or RFID tracking if needed by the role.
• Capable of picking, packing, and staging orders based on packing slips or digital instructions.
• Pays close attention to order accuracy, packaging quality, and proper documentation.
