Description:

We’re on the lookout for a remote Etsy Shop Manager who understands the blend of creativity, commerce, and customer care that drives success on the platform. You’ll oversee day-to-day shop operations, including listings, orders, customer messages, and analytics. You have a natural feel for what sells online and can write product descriptions that spark interest and convert views into sales. You’ll manage orders, update tracking info, and keep our fulfillment process smooth and stress-free. You’re responsive, professional, and kind when handling customer inquiries, reviews, or refund requests. If a customer has a question or complaint, you’re quick to respond with kindness and clarity. You’ll be our first line of communication with customers — solving problems, answering questions, and building loyalty. You’ll regularly review Etsy insights and turn data into ideas for how to improve sales and visibility. Your organizational skills keep everything running behind the scenes, from inventory to restock alerts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Continuously improve—test new product types, niches, or formats based on market demand and shop analytics.
• Research competitors and successful shops to stay ahead of trends and identify opportunities to improve visibility and conversions.
• Oversee the daily operations of an Etsy store—managing listings, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Handle shop inventory, variations, and pricing structures in an organized, scalable way.
• Coordinate production or delivery (if physical goods), or manage digital downloads to ensure smooth, accurate delivery.

Preferred:

• Familiar with Etsy SEO, including titles, tags, and descriptions that boost discoverability.
• Has experience tracking analytics like visits, conversion rate, and revenue trends.
• Can handle order management, shipping updates, and customer communication professionally.
• Organized and dependable with task tracking, inventory checks, and schedule planning.
• Able to schedule new listings, run promotions, or use coupons to boost sales.
