Description:

We’re hiring a driven and results-oriented Remote Recruiter to help us build a high-performing team by attracting top talent. You’ll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top candidates. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop a recruiting strategy. You’ll source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool. You’ll post job openings, evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assist in making final hiring decisions. You’ll ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly, providing a seamless experience for candidates from start to finish. You’ll keep track of all recruitment activities, managing a pipeline of candidates for current and future positions. You’ll stay up-to-date on hiring trends, recruitment best practices, and tools to continuously optimize the recruitment process.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ultimately, help great people find their place in great teams—no matter where they are in the world.

  • Experience coordinating with hiring teams, scheduling interviews, and collecting feedback.

  • Comfortable working remotely across time zones and scheduling interviews accordingly.

You’ll provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, sharing insights and suggestions for process improvement.
