Description:

We’re looking for a talented Motion Designer to create engaging animations that captivate audiences and elevate our brand presence. You’ll be responsible for designing motion graphics for videos, advertisements, websites, and social media content. You’ll collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboard ideas, and create visually compelling animations. You’ll bring ideas to life using tools like Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D, creating visually striking animations. You’ll collaborate with video editors, sound designers, and other creatives to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into final videos. You’ll collaborate with video editors and other designers to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into various media projects. You’ll contribute to brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and new ideas for animation techniques and styles. You’ll collaborate with other designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into videos.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with creative teams, marketers, and video editors to bring static designs and concepts to life through animation.
• Revise animations based on stakeholder feedback—refining timing, easing, and visual rhythm for polish and clarity.
• Animate existing assets or build motion elements from scratch, depending on project needs and timelines.
• Manage and organize motion project files, keeping layers, comps, and assets clean and editable for team collaboration.
• Contribute to branded templates or reusable motion libraries for faster content creation at scale.

Preferred:

• Experience creating animated graphics for social media, advertising, or product videos.
• Values clarity, emotion, and purpose in every frame of motion work.
• Comfortable working with vector graphics, 2D assets, and layered compositions.
• Organized with project timelines, revisions, and file versioning.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Motion Designer, Art Director, or Video Lead.
