We’re hiring Mobile Phlebotomist Trainees — no experience needed, just a careful approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized on the go. Night work isn’t for everyone, but if you’re calm, focused, and prefer quieter surroundings, this could be the perfect start to your healthcare career. We’ll teach you everything step by step: how to pack your kit, transport samples safely, and set up your space with professionalism wherever you are. Each visit will be different — different people, lighting, room setups, and comfort levels — and we’ll show you how to adapt calmly and confidently. Every child is different — some cry, some freeze, some ask questions — and you’ll learn how to respond with patience and care. Each floor has its rhythm — and you’ll become skilled at moving efficiently without rushing, adjusting to both stable and critical patients. You’ll become skilled at working independently while staying connected to the lab team and communicating in real-time. We’ll guide you on how to interact with patients who are drowsy, disoriented, or anxious — always with patience and professionalism. Some days will be challenging — but the small wins, like a brave smile or a high five after a clean draw, make it incredibly rewarding.

Basic Qualifications:

• Deliver collected samples to the lab promptly and handle with care.
• Remain calm and gentle, even in busy or high-stress environments.
• Take pride in your role—small vials, big impact on someone’s health.
• Greet patients with kindness and ease their anxiety about the procedure.
• Explain the process to patients and answer any questions before beginning.

Preferred:

• Able to identify suitable veins, prepare collection equipment, and follow proper site sanitation procedures.
• Comfortable collecting blood samples via needle, fingerstick, or heelstick when necessary.
• Enjoys working hands-on and supporting diagnostic teams through accurate specimen collection.
• Organized with documentation, tube handling, and maintaining clean, stocked workstations.
• Willing to assist with daily equipment checks, supply inventory, and quality control logs.
