We’re searching for a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist who knows that behind every great campaign is a great relationship. You’ll dive into social feeds and influencer databases to find voices that truly resonate with our brand’s identity. You’ll craft personalized, engaging outreach that cuts through the noise and makes influencers actually want to reply. You’ll research influencers carefully, making sure their content, tone, and audience align with our mission. You’ll craft personalized outreach messages that catch attention without sounding generic or impersonal. You’ll align with our content and growth teams to make sure collaborations happen at the right time and with the right message. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to ensure influencer content matches our campaign goals and voice. You understand that the best partnerships are built on transparency, respect, and mutual inspiration. You’ll evaluate influencers based on more than just numbers — you’ll focus on engagement and authenticity.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay updated on creator trends, platform changes, and influencer culture so your outreach stays relevant and natural.
• Draft outreach templates, follow-up sequences, and FAQs that save time without sacrificing personalization.
• Identify and research potential influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and niche blogs that align with brand values and campaign goals.
• Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies, creative angles, or niche opportunities—your input matters.
• Track influencer content performance (views, engagement, clicks) and compile reports to show ROI and insights.

Preferred:

• Able to write clear partnership offers and explain campaign goals to potential collaborators.
• Curious about what makes content engaging, shareable, and brand-aligned.
• Organized with content calendars, deadlines, and status tracking across multiple campaigns.
• Able to coordinate between marketing, design, and influencers during campaigns.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones asynchronously.
