Description:

We’re hiring an Email Marketing Assistant to help manage and execute email campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. You’ll be responsible for crafting email copy, designing templates, and scheduling campaigns across various email platforms. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to ensure email content aligns with ongoing campaigns and promotional efforts. You’ll assist with building and segmenting email lists to target the right audience with personalized content. You’ll help build and maintain segmented email lists, targeting specific groups with personalized content to improve conversion rates. You’ll track email campaign performance, analyzing open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve future campaigns. You’ll assist with A/B testing, experimenting with subject lines, CTAs, and designs to improve the effectiveness of emails. You’ll monitor email deliverability, ensuring that emails reach inboxes and do not end up in spam folders.

Basic Qualifications:

• Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure responses to email replies are timely and helpful.
• Support list growth strategies by helping manage lead magnets, freebies, or referral email workflows.
• Work with content, design, or sales teams to align email messages with product launches, events, or seasonal promotions.
• Ensure all emails follow branding, tone, and style guidelines while experimenting with new creative formats.
• Document and maintain SOPs for recurring email tasks, templates, and tagging conventions.
