Description:

We’re looking for a Radiologic Technologist Trainee — no prior experience needed, just focus, care, and a strong interest in medical imaging. You’ll learn how to operate cutting-edge equipment that helps doctors see what’s happening inside the human body without a single incision. No problem — we’ll train you step by step in both imaging and patient-centered care. You’ll assist in urgent situations — car accidents, fractures, internal injuries — where every second and every image counts. We’ll teach you how to protect yourself and others from unnecessary radiation exposure while capturing high-quality diagnostic images. You’ll start with shadowing and hands-on practice in low-pressure settings until you’re ready to take the lead on simple exams. You’ll learn the science behind radiation safety, shielding techniques, and how to minimize risk to patients and yourself. You’ll be trained to think fast, move carefully, and work calmly under pressure while staying attentive to each patient’s condition. You’ll develop strong communication skills, because in smaller hospitals, everyone relies on each other more directly.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help lift or move patients who have limited mobility or are unconscious.
• Operate X-ray, CT, or MRI equipment with precision and care to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on machines and report malfunctions immediately.
• Stay up to date on new imaging techniques, safety procedures, and medical regulations.
• Manage a steady flow of patients without making them feel rushed or overlooked.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of anatomy, positioning, and radiation safety principles to capture high-quality images.
• Comfortable maintaining and cleaning equipment regularly and reporting any technical issues promptly.
• Excited to contribute to diagnostic processes that support accurate treatment decisions.
• Able to adapt quickly to workflow changes, patient needs, and time-sensitive imaging requests.
• Certified and licensed as a radiologic technologist, with training in X-ray imaging procedures.
