We’re hiring a Radiologic Technologist Trainee — no experience required, just empathy, attention to detail, and a desire to care for people through technology. You’ll train with modern imaging equipment used in emergency rooms, trauma units, and diagnostic labs across the hospital. No problem — we’ll train you step by step in both imaging and patient-centered care. We’ll show you how to position people safely and gently, explain procedures clearly, and create a calm environment. Expect to be part of a team where doctors rely on you for the images that guide treatment, surgery, and life-saving decisions. You’ll start with shadowing and hands-on practice in low-pressure settings until you’re ready to take the lead on simple exams. You’ll learn the core principles of radiation safety, image quality, anatomy, and patient communication. You’ll help someone scared of a cancer scan feel heard, or someone recovering from a fall feel dignity instead of frustration. Expect to work with all types of patients — from calm and cooperative to scared, restless, or confused.

Basic Qualifications:

• Recognize when additional images may be needed and act without waiting for a second request.
• Provide input to improve imaging protocols, patient comfort, or workflow efficiency.
• Adjust equipment settings based on body type, movement, or special health conditions.
• Ensure radiation safety for patients, yourself, and others by following strict protective protocols.
• Communicate clearly with doctors, nurses, and patients to ensure smooth workflow.

Preferred:

• Experience with contrast media safety and assisting in fluoroscopic or interventional procedures is a plus.
• Able to explain procedures to patients, position them correctly, and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Able to adapt quickly to workflow changes, patient needs, and time-sensitive imaging requests.
• Willing to assist during trauma or emergency procedures in fast-paced environments.
• Can collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other care team members to coordinate care.
