Description:

We’re offering a Content / Music / Video Producer Trainee role for someone who loves to create and wants to learn how stories, visuals, and sound come together in professional content — no experience required, just creative energy and a willingness to learn. You’ll assist in every stage of production: from brainstorming ideas to shooting video and mixing sound. We’ll teach you how to brainstorm creative concepts, plan shoots or sessions, and organize production timelines. You’ll help shoot interviews, record voiceovers, mix audio, or animate transitions depending on the project needs. Expect to assist in editing video clips, adding transitions, syncing music, and adjusting color or sound. You’ll learn how to use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects, or Logic Pro — we’ll train you step by step. We’ll guide you through planning and storyboarding, helping you understand how content flows and hooks viewers. You’ll support the team in organizing project assets, tracking changes, and ensuring deadlines are met. You’ll also help repurpose content, creating cutdowns, teasers, and platform-specific versions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Brainstorm fresh formats and concepts that align with the brand and audience interests.
• Plan and manage the full production process for content—whether it’s a video series, podcast, or branded track.
• Work hands-on with editing—video, audio, or music—if you have the chops, or guide post-production teams if not.
• Collaborate with marketing, social, and creative teams to make sure the content has real business impact.
• Stay up to date on production trends, gear, and platform algorithms to keep content relevant.

Preferred:

• Willing to conduct casting, location scouting, studio bookings, or gear rentals as needed.
• Organized with file structure, content calendars, release schedules, and version tracking.
• Wants to grow into roles like Executive Producer, Creative Director, or Head of Content.
• Familiar with rights management, licensing, usage terms, and intellectual property in creative content.
• Thrives in high-energy, deadline-driven environments where no two projects are the same.
