Description:

We’re hiring a Photographer / Videographer Trainee to assist on fashion, portrait, and lifestyle shoots — no experience required, just a good eye and passion for capturing people beautifully. You’ll assist on real shoots where timing matters: entrances, speeches, reactions, details — the kind of moments that happen once. We’ll teach you how to frame shots, work with lighting, use depth, and shoot clean, usable content with both cameras and smartphones. Expect to help set up lights, test angles, adjust camera settings, and assist with styling and shot planning. You’ll learn the basics of landscape, street, and action videography — and how to find beauty in movement, rhythm, and stillness. We’ll train you to work with gimbals, GoPros, drones, and natural light to capture scenes that feel immersive and personal. You’ll learn how to blend documentary with beauty: capturing what’s real, but making it shine. You’ll practice following the action, anticipating key moments, and learning how to “feel” the timing without being told. You’ll assist with organizing footage, tagging clips, syncing audio, and even helping build teaser edits.

Basic Qualifications:

• Balance creative vision with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Organize and back up raw and edited media to prevent data loss and keep workflows clean.
• Edit short- and long-form video for social, branded, or documentary-style content.
• Color-correct, sound-balance, and add motion or graphic elements when needed.
• Work independently or as part of a team, depending on project size and scope.

Preferred:

• Knows how to manually adjust shutter speed, aperture, ISO, and white balance for creative control.
• Background or passion in visual storytelling, film, photography, or content production.
• Understands client briefs and able to communicate progress or adjustments clearly.
• Understands the technical limitations and creative opportunities of mobile vs. professional gear.
• Proficient in framing, composition, lighting, and exposure for various environments.
