Description:

We’re offering a trainee position for someone deeply interested in psychology, coaching, and human development — no prior experience required, just a sincere desire to help people grow. You’ll work alongside certified professionals to assist in creating personalized coaching plans, goal-mapping tools, and reflection-based tasks. We’ll teach you how to create safe, supportive spaces where clients feel heard, understood, and motivated. You’ll assist in workshops on topics like self-confidence, emotional intelligence, burnout prevention, and growth mindset. Expect to collaborate with coaches and psychologists to co-create safe, judgment-free spaces for personal reflection. You’ll participate in mock sessions, help prepare reflection exercises, and study how people respond to different coaching styles. We’ll show you how to track client progress, document breakthroughs, and recognize subtle behavioral patterns. You’ll observe how professionals balance theory with compassion in live or simulated coaching sessions. We’ll teach you how to set boundaries, practice non-judgmental communication, and build trust in a coaching environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adapt your communication style to suit different personalities, cultures, and learning types.
• Recognize signs of deeper psychological issues and refer clients to licensed specialists when needed.
• Collect feedback after sessions to refine content and delivery.
• Prepare tailored content, slides, or exercises ahead of sessions.
• Build a safe, confidential space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Preferred:

• Knows how to adapt coaching models to both in-person and online settings.
• Pays attention to body language, tone, and emotional cues to offer deeper insight and support.
• Enjoys helping others unlock their strengths, overcome blocks, and pursue meaningful goals.
• Able to design exercises, workbooks, or frameworks that support personal growth outside of sessions.
• Able to work with individuals from diverse cultural or professional backgrounds.
