Description:

We’re seeking an experienced Film Director who can lead bold visual storytelling with intention, precision, and heart — someone who thrives at the intersection of vision and execution. You’ll be the creative force behind our productions, responsible for translating scripts into compelling visual journeys across genres and formats. We expect you to collaborate fluidly with writers, cinematographers, art directors, and editors throughout the production pipeline. You’ll direct casting, lead rehearsals, and bring out layered performances that feel honest, surprising, and fully human. You’ll make critical decisions around camera movement, blocking, and framing to maximize narrative and visual impact. We’ll count on your ability to unify a diverse crew under one creative vision, while remaining open to input and adaptation. You’ll be deeply involved in pre-production, including shot lists, mood boards, color palettes, and visual research. You’ll work hands-on in pre-production — storyboarding, selecting locations, assembling crew, and aligning artistic departments. Post-production will include close work with editors and sound designers to ensure that pacing, tone, and structure stay aligned with your vision.

Basic Qualifications:

• Review and approve shot lists, storyboards, and schedules before each production day.
• Advocate for your vision while respecting the collaborative nature of filmmaking.
• Translate a script or concept into a compelling visual story with clear artistic vision.
• Give constructive, respectful direction to both cast and crew to get the best results.
• Stay deeply involved in every stage of production—from first draft to final cut.

Preferred:

• Willing to collaborate with writers, producers, and creative teams from concept to final cut.
• Enjoys guiding teams toward a unified creative vision from concept to screen.
• Wants to grow into roles like Creative Director, Showrunner, or Studio Head.
• Able to translate scripts and storyboards into visual scenes with emotional impact and technical precision.
• Experience directing short films, commercials, music videos, or narrative projects from pre-production to post.

You’ll take part in color grading sessions, VFX reviews, and pacing discussions until the final frame feels right. You’ll also work with composers and sound designers to elevate the psychological impact of your work.
