Description:

We’re seeking a Music Producer who thrives on versatility — someone who can craft polished soundscapes for streaming hits, cinematic trailers, brand campaigns, or immersive digital experiences with the same level of creativity and control. You’ll produce original music across formats: singles, soundtracks, branded content, live activations, and more. You’ll build arrangements that support the voice, elevate the lyrics, and create a unique signature for every track. We expect you to work across genres and tempos — whether it’s stripped-down acoustic or layered electronic textures — with equal clarity and taste. You’ll program beats, compose melodies, and design textures that enhance emotion, rhythm, and storytelling. You’ll produce beats, manipulate samples, build textures, and make decisions that elevate not just the song — but the brand. We expect you to balance emotion with technical excellence, making sure every sound choice supports the message, not just the vibe. You’ll collaborate with vocal producers, engineers, and co-writers to ensure a seamless process from first idea to final master. You’ll also help shape sonic branding, audio identities, and long-term sound strategy for clients or in-house properties.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with artists, songwriters, and musicians to shape the sound and feel of each track.
• Handle post-production tasks including mixing, mastering, and file delivery.
• Stay up to date on production trends, plugins, gear, and new sounds across genres.
• Provide constructive feedback to performers and guide vocal takes for maximum impact.
• Mentor emerging artists or junior producers when possible.

Preferred:

• Can adapt production style to client vision while maintaining technical and artistic quality.
• Proficient in DAWs such as Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, or Pro Tools for recording, sequencing, and mixing.
• Familiar with mastering basics or able to prepare premasters for external engineers.
• Thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments where creativity meets production precision.
• Familiar with creative trends in sound design, vocal processing, and streaming-ready arrangements.
