Description:

We’re seeking a Remote CRM Specialist who can bring order, structure, and intelligence to our customer data ecosystem. You’ll be the go-to person for managing our customer relationship management system, ensuring it's clean, organized, and up-to-date. Your mission is to keep our sales and support teams informed, aligned, and running like clockwork. You’ll ensure our sales and marketing funnels are fully aligned and flowing without friction. If you love diving into systems and streamlining processes, you’ll feel right at home here. You’ll work with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product to align the system with company goals. You know the difference between a lead and a qualified opportunity — and how to guide each through the system. Basic Qualifications:

• Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system (like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) to ensure accurate, organized, and up-to-date customer data.
• Be the internal “CRM champion” who answers questions, solves problems, and advocates for better processes.
• Make sure the CRM isn’t just a database—it’s a powerful engine for better relationships, smarter decisions, and sustainable growth.
• Assist in planning and executing CRM-driven campaigns, including email sequences, follow-ups, and lifecycle nurturing.
• Work with sales and marketing leads to refine lead scoring, tagging, and routing based on performance insights.

Preferred:

• Curious about user behavior and how to improve lifecycle and retention using CRM tools.
• Willing to audit existing CRM structures and recommend improvements.
• Pays close attention to detail when updating records and tracking customer interactions.
• Loves being the behind-the-scenes builder who keeps everything running smoothly.
