Description:

We’re seeking a Warehouse Manager with proven leadership, operational discipline, and a results-driven mindset. You’ll be responsible for leading daily operations, maintaining control over inventory, shipping, and receiving at all times. You’ll manage a team with clarity, fairness, and clear expectations — because confusion slows everything down. Whether it's tracking KPIs, coaching a team member, or solving a delivery delay, you thrive where things move fast. From managing inbound and outbound logistics to fixing the barcode scanner that always dies on Fridays — you’ve got it handled. You’ll walk the floor not just to supervise, but to understand every process and improve it. You’ll track numbers daily, optimize layout flow, and always know which pallet should *not* be on that rack. From forklift flow to shelf labels, from digital logs to last-mile pickups — you’ll own it all. You’ll collaborate with procurement, transportation, and sales to keep communication seamless.

Basic Qualifications:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.
• Support warehouse software rollouts or upgrades by training staff and ensuring data integrity throughout transitions.
• Manage procurement of warehouse supplies and equipment, maintaining relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and customer service teams to align inventory planning with demand forecasts and customer needs.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate shipments.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Operations Director, Supply Chain Manager, or Logistics Lead.
• Values leadership, precision, and accountability in warehouse performance.
• Understands logistics processes and can coordinate with transportation and procurement teams.
• Comfortable leading both small and large teams depending on business size.
• Able to assess and maintain equipment like forklifts, pallets, and racking systems.
