Description:

We’re hiring a creative and skilled Motion Designer to join our team and produce stunning animations for various projects. You’ll be responsible for designing motion graphics for videos, advertisements, websites, and social media content. You’ll collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and bring ideas to life through dynamic motion graphics. You’ll bring ideas to life using tools like Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D, creating visually striking animations. You’ll use your expertise in design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D to create stunning animations. You’ll ensure that all animations are engaging, on-brand, and visually appealing across different platforms and devices. You’ll collaborate with video editors and content creators to seamlessly integrate motion graphics into video content. You’ll assist in the development of video campaigns, using motion graphics to support storytelling and drive engagement.

Basic Qualifications:

• Test and QA animations across devices and export settings to prevent playback or visual issues.
• Maintain consistency across animated content so the brand identity feels unified across all platforms.
• Understand storytelling flow, pacing, and emotion—motion isn’t just movement, it’s communication.
• Balance creativity with deadlines—deliver visually impressive work without slowing down the production pipeline.
• Adapt motion style to fit different tones—professional and minimal for enterprise, fun and bouncy for Gen Z, or bold and cinematic for storytelling.

Preferred:

• Thrives in fast-paced creative environments with remote collaboration.
• Familiar with sound design basics or syncing motion to music, voiceovers, or SFX.
• Experience creating assets for different platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Organized with project timelines, revisions, and file versioning.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Motion Designer, Art Director, or Video Lead.
