Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Fiverr Gig Manager to oversee our profile and optimize our gigs for maximum success. You’ll manage and enhance gig content, including crafting engaging titles, descriptions, pricing structures, and visual assets. You’ll manage client communication, responding to inquiries quickly and maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout the sales process. You’ll analyze gig performance, track metrics, and adjust strategies to improve visibility, sales, and customer satisfaction. You’ll analyze gig performance and implement strategies to increase visibility, improve rankings, and boost sales. You’ll monitor competitors, staying ahead of market trends and making recommendations for new services or gig improvements. You’ll ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. You’ll track customer feedback, ensuring that positive reviews and testimonials are consistently received. You’ll assist with updating gig content, including images, videos, and pricing, to keep everything fresh and competitive.

Basic Qualifications:

• Manage communication with clients across multiple gigs—ensuring tone stays professional, friendly, and on-brand.
• Monitor Fiverr algorithm changes and update gigs accordingly to maintain visibility and relevance.
• Continuously improve gig performance using Fiverr analytics, feedback, and A/B testing on thumbnails or copy.
• Flag or resolve issues like scope creep, refund requests, or deadline changes diplomatically and efficiently.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, turning casual questions into confirmed orders.

Preferred:

• Able to handle custom order requests, upsell add-ons, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understands Fiverr's algorithm, gig ranking factors, and how to optimize for visibility.
• Wants to grow into roles like Fiverr Account Strategist, Virtual Agency Coordinator, or Freelance Operations Lead.
• Can analyze top-performing competitors and apply strategies without copying.
• Experience using tools like Canva, Trello, or Google Sheets to organize workflows is a plus.

This remote role offers flexibility, allowing you to work independently and grow the Fiverr profile at your own pace.
