Description:

We’re hiring a proactive Junior Project Manager to assist with organizing and executing projects efficiently and on time. You’ll help coordinate and communicate between various teams, ensuring that project tasks are completed on time and within scope. You’ll assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll manage project documentation, ensuring that all materials, reports, and plans are properly maintained and accessible to the team. You’ll monitor project performance and assist in preparing progress reports for management and clients. You’ll support project documentation, including preparing project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations. You’ll help identify and mitigate risks by ensuring the project scope and resources are properly defined and allocated.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support task prioritization with leads, especially when things shift fast or new work lands mid-sprint.
• Maintain clear records of changes in timelines, scope, or feedback—so the team isn’t guessing what changed and why.
• Stay flexible and ready to jump in wherever needed—whether it’s helping revise a deck or sending a last-minute client update.
• Coordinate deliverables and asset handoffs between departments or external vendors to keep momentum steady.
• Create and maintain project documentation—timelines, status reports, task lists, and meeting notes—in tools like Notion, Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Preferred:

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including design, dev, and marketing.
• Capable of managing project calendars and ensuring key dates are visible to all stakeholders.
• Can help organize project folders, files, and naming conventions for clarity.
• Eager to take initiative and solve logistical or coordination issues quickly.
• Thrives in dynamic, remote environments where priorities may shift quickly.
