We’re hiring an Online Course Assistant who’s passionate about smooth learning experiences and loves being the quiet engine behind a successful virtual classroom. You’ll work hand-in-hand with instructors to make sure every course module is published on time, every student question gets answered, and no one feels left behind. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between instructors and learners — organizing course materials, managing discussion boards, responding to student questions, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll also monitor student engagement, track assignment submissions, and flag participants who may need extra support or reminders. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoy helping others learn, you’ll feel right at home here. You’ll be the dependable link between students and instructors, helping to maintain a positive and productive learning environment where no one feels lost or left behind. You’ll also monitor student progress and flag anyone who might be falling behind so we can step in early. Whether it’s organizing resources, answering FAQs, or ensuring the course flows smoothly from week to week, your work will have a big impact on student success. Basic Qualifications:

• Keep course resources organized, labeled, and easy to navigate for a smooth learner experience.
• Help instructors manage course logistics—like uploading materials, updating modules, or managing deadlines.
• Create and maintain FAQs, guides, or walkthroughs to reduce repetitive support questions.
• Be present in discussions to keep momentum going and encourage thoughtful participation.
• Moderate live sessions (Zoom/Webinar) by managing Q&A, chat, and technical issues behind the scenes.

Preferred:

• Can help organize feedback from students or track their progress and engagement.
• Takes feedback well and applies it to improve workflows and communication.
• Interest in education, e-learning platforms, or digital course delivery.
• Interested in the future of online learning and how to support student success.
• Pays attention to tone and clarity when writing instructions or support responses.
