Description:

We’re hiring a Nurse who brings skill, empathy, and calm to every shift — someone who understands that great care is both clinical and deeply human. You’ll monitor patient conditions, track vitals, and respond to changes with speed and clinical judgment. You’ll work across departments or assigned units, adapting to fast-changing conditions and high-priority needs. You’ll administer IVs, monitor vitals, manage pain, and assist with emergency procedures as part of a rapid-response team. You’ll be a key communicator with family members, helping them stay informed and involved in the care process. You’ll coordinate with physicians and specialists, ensuring all aspects of the care plan are executed correctly and compassionately. You’ll communicate clearly with patients and families, offering updates and reassurance — even when emotions are running high. You’ll notice subtle changes in behavior or condition, often before they become urgent — because you’re paying attention. You’ll handle families with grace — providing updates, reassurance, and clear communication even under pressure.

Basic Qualifications:

• Mentor nursing students or junior staff when appropriate, modeling best practices.
• Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare staff to deliver holistic patient care.
• Support patients with activities of daily living when needed, such as bathing, feeding, or mobility assistance.
• Stay calm under pressure, whether you’re in a quiet clinic or a busy trauma unit.
• Assist with diagnostic tests and interpret results to help guide next steps.

Preferred:

• Can recognize early signs of patient deterioration and escalate appropriately.
• Background or passion in nursing, healthcare, or public health service.
• Pays close attention to patient safety, medication accuracy, and timely interventions.
• Knowledgeable in specialized areas such as pediatrics, geriatrics, oncology, or critical care is a plus.
• Thrives in caring, high-responsibility environments where each action makes a difference.
