Description:

We’re looking for a talented and creative Content Writer to join our remote team and help produce high-quality, engaging content. You’ll be responsible for writing blog posts, articles, web copy, and social media content that align with our marketing goals. You’ll work with the marketing and design teams to create content that supports campaigns, drives traffic, and encourages conversions. You’ll conduct thorough research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive content to create relevant and fresh material. You’ll optimize content for search engines, implementing SEO best practices to boost visibility and attract traffic. You’ll write compelling, shareable content for social media platforms, encouraging engagement and building brand awareness. You’ll assist in creating long-form content such as guides, eBooks, and case studies to establish authority and build trust with our audience. You’ll ensure all content is on-brand, consistent, and error-free, adhering to company guidelines and best practices. You’ll manage your time effectively, working on multiple writing projects and ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor content, and audience interests to inform topic ideation.
• Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized assets for social media, email, or slides when needed.
• Edit and update older content to keep it relevant and accurate over time (especially for evergreen pieces).
• Adapt writing tone for different formats and audiences, whether it’s a how-to article, thought leadership piece, or casual social caption.
• Maintain a consistent, high-quality voice across content while respecting brand-specific nuances or tone guides.

Preferred:

• Familiar with content formats like how-tos, listicles, interviews, and case studies.
• Knows how to write introductions and conclusions that create impact and drive retention.
• Pays attention to grammar, clarity, and sentence variety in long-form content.
• Background or interest in journalism, creative writing, digital marketing, or communications.
• Understands how to write for different reading levels and content platforms.
