We’re hiring a Radiologic Technologist Trainee — no experience required, just empathy, attention to detail, and a desire to care for people through technology. We’re hiring Radiologic Technologist Trainees — no prior experience required, just motivation and a willingness to learn. You’ll help patients of all ages — including the elderly, the fragile, and those in pain — through moments that require trust and reassurance. You’ll assist in urgent situations — car accidents, fractures, internal injuries — where every second and every image counts. You’ll learn to operate advanced machines with accuracy while keeping your focus on the human being lying in front of you. You’ll begin to understand how X-rays, CT scans, and fluoroscopy contribute to accurate diagnosis and early detection. You’ll learn to operate machines with precision, troubleshoot calmly, and work around real-life limitations like short staff or power flickers. You’ll help someone scared of a cancer scan feel heard, or someone recovering from a fall feel dignity instead of frustration. Expect to work with all types of patients — from calm and cooperative to scared, restless, or confused.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow proper procedures when using contrast agents, including allergy checks and monitoring.
• Stay up to date on new imaging techniques, safety procedures, and medical regulations.
• Follow hospital or clinic protocols for cleaning and sanitizing equipment between patients.
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for unexpected urgent cases.
• Support a positive, respectful environment in high-pressure clinical settings.

Preferred:

• Follows HIPAA regulations and ensures complete privacy and confidentiality for all patients.
• Able to explain procedures to patients, position them correctly, and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Background or degree in radiologic technology, diagnostic imaging, or medical sciences.
• Familiar with performing chest, extremity, spine, and abdominal X-rays under physician direction.
• Able to adapt quickly to workflow changes, patient needs, and time-sensitive imaging requests.
