Description:

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, creative-thinking Etsy Shop Manager to help run and grow our online storefront with style and strategy. You’ll take full ownership of the shop’s daily operations — from uploading new items to ensuring customers get what they ordered on time. You know that great product photos and keyword-rich titles make all the difference on Etsy — and you’re ready to optimize both. You’ll write, update, and manage product listings to ensure everything is accurate, appealing, and up-to-date. You’re responsive, professional, and kind when handling customer inquiries, reviews, or refund requests. You’re someone who loves turning messy backlogs into organized workflows and clear to-do lists. You’ll run periodic audits to ensure listings, prices, photos, and policies stay current and competitive. You’ll also work closely with our production or design team to ensure accurate listings and timely updates. You’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks and love keeping things organized in tools like Trello, Notion, or spreadsheets.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experiment with A/B testing for listing formats, pricing, or tags to improve product performance.
• Coordinate with external tools or integrations (e.g., Printify, Canva, Marmalead, EverBee) to streamline operations.
• Create promotional content or collaborate with designers for thumbnails, banners, and social media assets.
• Collaborate with freelancers or virtual assistants if the shop scales and workload increases.
• Handle shop inventory, variations, and pricing structures in an organized, scalable way.

Preferred:

• Familiar with Etsy SEO, including titles, tags, and descriptions that boost discoverability.
• Values great customer service, product presentation, and building loyal buyers.
• Capable of updating shop banners, profile info, and seasonal messaging.
• Understands how to list products effectively with appealing photos and clear details.
• Background or interest in business, marketing, design, or product management.
