Description:
We’re looking for an HR Specialist (Recruiter) Trainee who’s ready to dive into the fast-paced world of hiring — no experience required, just energy, people skills, and a desire to build great teams. You’ll assist in drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, and managing candidate pipelines across multiple roles. We’ll teach you how to craft inclusive job descriptions, align them with hiring needs, and post them strategically. You’ll get hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, calendar tools, and recruitment dashboards. Expect to sit in on interviews, observe different interview styles, and take notes to support hiring decisions. We’ll train you to use applicant tracking systems and teach you how recruiters manage dozens of roles at once. We’ll guide you in creating outreach strategies that go beyond job boards and reach the right talent. You’ll assist with hiring metrics like time-to-fill and candidate response rates — and learn how to interpret them. We’ll guide you through creating great candidate experiences, even when you’re sending a rejection.
Basic Qualifications:
- Balance multiple open roles while staying organized and communicative.
- Keep an eye on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
- Write engaging job ads that attract great people—not just keyword-matching bots.
- Refine processes to reduce time-to-hire and improve candidate quality.
- Help onboard new hires by coordinating documentation, orientation, and first-week schedules.
Preferred:
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive candidate or employee information.
- Thrives in structured, fast-moving environments where people are the priority.
- Able to coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate expectations professionally.
- Open to improving the recruitment process through automation, templates, or data analysis.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
