Description:

We’re looking for a Fashion Designer who sees clothing as both design and dialogue — someone who brings concept, culture, and construction together in bold, intentional ways. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, sketching, and developing collections that align with seasonal direction, brand identity, and market trends. You’ll be responsible for sketching concepts, selecting fabrics, and refining designs through fittings and technical development. We’ll rely on your ability to research materials, experiment with textures, and translate abstract ideas into garments that feel modern and refined. You’ll work closely with pattern makers, seamstresses, and production teams to bring your sketches to life with precision. You’ll also work closely with the creative team to shape lookbooks, runway styling, and campaign aesthetics. You’ll contribute to digital and physical collections — thinking in 3D, but also in texture, identity, and emotion. You’ll also contribute to campaign styling, show presentations, and visual storytelling alongside the creative team. We expect you to think beyond the garment — considering how each piece photographs, moves, and fits into a complete narrative.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be ready to design everything from a capsule wardrobe to a one-off runway piece.
• Create detailed tech packs and specs for production and quality assurance teams.
• Ensure garments meet ethical and sustainable production standards where possible.
• Stay up to date on fashion trends, cultural influences, and market demand to inform future collections.
• Collaborate with patternmakers, seamstresses, and manufacturers to ensure designs are accurately produced.

Preferred:

• Background or strong passion in fashion design, garment technology, or visual arts.
• Open to experimenting with silhouettes, textiles, embellishments, and construction techniques.
• Values originality, craftsmanship, and innovation in every design decision.
• Experienced in trend analysis, market research, and competitive brand review.
• Willing to work in fast-paced studio environments or participate in brand collaborations.
