Description:

We’re hiring an Architect Trainee who’s ready to learn how ideas become blueprints and blueprints become buildings — no experience needed, just a strong eye for design and willingness to grow. You’ll assist in creating floor plans, massing studies, and digital models that support early design exploration. We’ll teach you how to translate vision into visuals — from bubble diagrams to digital renders and physical models. You’ll help create renderings, diagrams, and design documents that communicate ideas to clients and contractors. Expect to use tools like Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe InDesign to present and develop your work. You’ll gain exposure to sustainable architecture principles, passive design techniques, and energy-conscious planning. We’ll teach you how to use architecture software like Revit, Enscape, and Illustrator to communicate your vision. You’ll support research on materials, regulations, and sustainable building practices. You’ll assist with producing presentation boards, architectural reports, and construction detail packages.

Basic Qualifications:

• Research materials, construction techniques, and environmental solutions to inform better design choices.
• Manage timelines, documentation, and client communications to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants for seamless integration.
• Create detailed blueprints, models, and renderings using CAD software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Design functional, aesthetic, and sustainable structures that meet client goals and regulatory codes.

Preferred:

• Proficient in CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or ArchiCAD.
• Able to participate in all design phases — from schematic to construction administration.
• Background or degree in architecture, urban planning, or environmental design.
• Willing to lead or contribute to design reviews, client meetings, and project coordination sessions.
• Experience developing concept designs, construction drawings, and detailed architectural documentation.
