Description:
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Remote Recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent for our company. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles across multiple departments. You’ll work with hiring managers to identify key role requirements, ensuring job descriptions and candidate profiles are clear and accurate. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish. You’ll evaluate resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule in-depth interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. You’ll manage candidate relationships, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process. You’ll keep track of all recruitment activities, managing a pipeline of candidates for current and future positions. You’ll maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and track key performance indicators, such as time-to-hire and candidate quality.

- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals—crafting personalized outreach that stands out.

- Understands full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Willing to give and receive feedback to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Values empathy, clarity, and transparency when dealing with candidates and hiring teams.
- Pays attention to candidate experience, from outreach to rejection messages.
