Description:

We’re looking for a Musician / Composer Trainee with a deep love for sound and a desire to learn how to bring ideas to life through music. You’ll assist in composing melodies, background scores, sound cues, and short audio loops for digital content, ads, or video games. You’ll help create original tracks for animations, commercials, short films, and online content under real production conditions. We’ll guide you through the process of scoring scenes, writing loops, and arranging music for various emotional beats. Expect to work closely with sound designers, producers, and video editors to align audio with visuals. You’ll dive into the basics of sound design, sampling, and building dynamic audio from scratch. We’ll show you how to make music that enhances rather than overpowers the visuals or narrative it supports. Expect to collaborate often, adjust fast, and grow confident in a fast-moving creative environment. You’ll learn how to organize stems, version files properly, and deliver tracks that are easy to work with downstream.

Basic Qualifications:

• Arrange and orchestrate music for different instruments, voices, or ensembles.
• Deliver final files in required formats and naming conventions without delay.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, or clients to understand the desired mood, tone, and pacing.
• Revise compositions based on feedback, emotional impact, or changing creative direction.
• Adapt musical pieces to fit timing constraints, dialogue, or scene transitions.

Preferred:

• Comfortable arranging music for solo, ensemble, or orchestral formats depending on project scope.
• Comfortable creating loopable background scores or one-off highlight cues as needed.
• Able to read and write sheet music or create MIDI-based compositions with professional sound libraries.
• Values creativity, technical skill, and emotional intelligence in the writing process.
• Familiar with copyright, licensing, and royalty processes for original compositions.
