Description:

We’re seeking a proactive Remote Recruiter to join our team and help us identify and hire the best talent to support our growth. You’ll be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, helping to create job descriptions and define ideal candidate profiles. You’ll leverage job boards, social media, and professional networks to proactively source candidates and build a diverse talent pool. You’ll review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role. You’ll track candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline, providing regular updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders. You’ll keep track of all recruitment activities, managing a pipeline of candidates for current and future positions. You’ll help develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring we have a pool of qualified candidates.

Basic Qualifications:

• Provide a positive experience for every applicant—even those who don’t move forward—by offering feedback or closure when possible.
• Conduct initial interviews via phone or video calls to assess soft skills, qualifications, and interest.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and culture fit for each position.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and team members, taking into account availability across global time zones.
• Use asynchronous tools like Slack, Notion, Loom, and email to stay connected and proactive across a distributed team.
