Description:

We’re looking for a skilled and strategic SEO Specialist to join our team and help improve our online visibility and rankings. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic growth and improve search rankings. You’ll conduct keyword research, analyze competitor strategies, and create content that targets the right audience. You’ll optimize on-page elements, such as content, meta tags, images, and headers, ensuring they are fully aligned with SEO best practices. You’ll assist with off-site SEO, including link building, outreach, and other strategies to boost website authority and backlinks. You’ll use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs to track SEO performance and gather data-driven insights. You’ll perform regular SEO audits to identify technical issues, such as crawl errors, slow page load times, and mobile optimization problems. You’ll collaborate with the content team to ensure that all written content is SEO-optimized, targeting high-converting keywords. You’ll stay informed about search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure strategies remain effective and up to date.

Basic Qualifications:

• Identify low-performing content and develop strategies to update, consolidate, or retire pages to boost overall site health.
• Test and refine SEO hypotheses through A/B testing of meta elements, content layouts, or keyword targeting approaches.
• Track and prevent indexing issues, crawl errors, or accidental noindex tags that harm visibility.
• Be detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture: rankings are good, but conversions are better.
• Document everything—what was changed, why, and what the result was—to build a repeatable, data-driven process.

Preferred:

• Able to perform SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve rankings.
• Knows how to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions based on search intent.
• Pays attention to URL structure, image optimization, and accessibility standards.
• Can track and report performance metrics such as CTR, bounce rate, and organic traffic growth.
• Comfortable managing SEO roadmaps and communicating progress to stakeholders.
