We’re hiring a Journalist / Copywriter Trainee — no professional experience needed, just a strong interest in storytelling, clear writing, and digging deeper than surface-level facts. You’ll help generate, refine, and humanize AI-assisted content — from blog posts and product descriptions to taglines, ads, and email copy. We’ll teach you how to structure an email: subject lines, hooks, body, and clear CTAs that actually get clicked. You’ll learn to write in different voices depending on the brand — from serious B2B to warm lifestyle tones. Expect to draft blog posts, polish landing page text, and help brainstorm headlines that convert without being cliché. We’ll guide you on how to separate fact from opinion, check sources, and avoid assumptions — the foundations of ethical reporting. You’ll gain experience writing short profiles, event recaps, long-form articles, and mini-documentaries in written form. Some days you’ll cover real-time updates, other days you’ll chase slower stories that take time to unfold — both matter. You’ll gain experience across content formats — from web copy to in-app messages — learning where AI helps and where it can’t replace real instinct.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use brand guidelines to maintain a consistent voice across all touchpoints.
• Help brainstorm creative campaigns or content series that tell a bigger story.
• Use tools like Grammarly, Google Docs, or CMS platforms to streamline your workflow.
• Keep refining your voice, skills, and instincts—the best writers never stop learning.
• Communicate proactively if you’re blocked, need context, or see a red flag.

Preferred:

• Knows how to write calls to action, summaries, and structured intros that hook readers.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Copywriter, Content Editor, or Investigative Journalist.
• Background or interest in journalism, communications, content strategy, or creative writing.
• Able to transform complex topics into clear, engaging narratives that inform or persuade.
• Open to learning performance-based writing for email, ads, or landing pages.
