Description:

We’re hiring a UX/UI Designer Trainee to help us design landing pages and marketing sites — no experience required, just a sense of layout, structure, and clarity in visual communication. You’ll work alongside product designers and researchers to understand real user behavior and turn insights into better interfaces. We’ll teach you how to design clean, intuitive mobile flows that guide users without confusion or clutter. You’ll help plan research sessions, take notes, organize feedback, and turn patterns into recommendations for the design team. Expect to work on small features first: buttons, navbars, cards, modals — learning how everything fits into a design system. We’ll show you how to ask the right questions, observe behavior, and avoid assumptions in your design process. You’ll sit in on real UX discussions about flows, pain points, and why good design is mostly invisible. You’ll also contribute to building usage guidelines, example layouts, and internal resources that improve speed and clarity for everyone. We’ll help you connect research to UI: how to go from “this is confusing” to “here’s how we can fix it.

Basic Qualifications:

• Communicate design ideas through presentations, storyboards, or quick sketches depending on the context.
• Gather and interpret feedback from users, team members, and stakeholders without losing your design vision.
• Use user personas, journey maps, and other tools to design with empathy.
• Design flows, interactions, and microanimations that enhance the user experience without overwhelming it.
• Create responsive layouts that work beautifully across different screen sizes and devices.

Preferred:

• Able to adapt design styles depending on product type: SaaS, e-commerce, mobile app, etc.
• Open to user interviews, surveys, or journey mapping to better understand pain points.
• Values empathy, clarity, and functionality in digital experiences.
• Enjoys solving real problems through elegant and intuitive design solutions.
• Willing to receive and incorporate design critiques to refine and improve work quality.
