Description:

We’re hiring a Photographer / Videographer Trainee to assist on fashion, portrait, and lifestyle shoots — no experience required, just a good eye and passion for capturing people beautifully. You’ll assist in planning and shooting real-world content — product photos, brand reels, behind-the-scenes clips, interviews, and lifestyle visuals. We’ll teach you how to frame shots quickly, shoot in changing light, and capture authentic details that bring locations to life. Expect to help on-location and in-studio: adjusting tripods, setting up lights, directing talent, and capturing a mix of posed and candid moments. Expect to help film people talking calmly, reflecting, working, moving slowly, and being fully themselves on camera. You’ll learn how to set emotional tone through music, pacing, and angle — not fast cuts or loud effects. You’ll learn how to find balance between creativity and client needs — and how to shoot intentionally with editing in mind. You’ll assist on shoots in studios, apartments, cafes, rooftops, and outdoor spots — learning how to adapt to any light and space. tight shots, telling a visual story, and creating content that feels like a memory, not a postcard.

Basic Qualifications:

• Direct talent or subjects during shoots to create natural, compelling results.
• Plan and execute photo and video shoots based on client needs, moodboards, or creative briefs.
• Communicate timelines and shoot expectations clearly with all involved parties.
• Balance creative vision with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Adjust quickly on set if weather, lighting, or client needs change suddenly.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Creative Director, Cinematographer, or Full-Time Content Creator.
• Comfortable directing subjects during shoots to achieve natural, high-quality results.
• Values creativity, punctuality, and technical precision in every project.
• Thrives in field-based, dynamic environments where every shoot brings new challenges.
• Can collaborate with models, clients, stylists, or art directors to bring a vision to life.
